I own my own business, and it now has a few employees. For the first two years of its existence, it was a solo operaiton, and I did not really think that it would ever be more than that. It wasn’t something that was my main occupation, because I do have a full time job. Or rather, I had one. I just quit the job to work at my business full time. But anyway, I need to get a paystub generator to use with accounting and payroll for my business now that I have employees.

I was going to mention that the growth in the company from a solo operation to one with a few employees came kind of suddenly, and caught me to off guard to the extent, that I am still trying to figure out how to be an employer. It is not something that I thought I would be doing, but I am going to do my best to play catchup and to make sure that my employees don’t suffer any negative consequences from my lack of experience. I have talked to some other people I know who own small businesses, and they have provided me with invaluable advcie so far. But I am sure that I will need much more advice before I really understand all of what being an employer entails.

The paystub generator is something that needs to get taken care of today though. Because I am going to have to pay my employees for their first week of work in a few days, and I would like to make usre that it goes as seemlessly as possible. I know that screwing up their paychecks would be a good way to lose their confidence in my ability to employ them and be an effective leader.
